Solutions Architect

We are a tech product development and strategy firm, and we're looking for a Solution Architect with a passion for product development to join our team. We are looking for someone whose mission in life is to contribute to building awesome products.



WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Contribute to the Platform roadmap by working with stakeholder and customer teams to identify new feature work for your Platform team.
Operate as a  consulting architect, liaising with customer teams to design the best way forward for Platform integration
Support your internal Platform team with Platform design, development and deployment
Act as your teams technical SME, supporting key non-technical stakeholders in making the right  decisions for the Platform
Design and develop POCs to validate solution options for new platform features and enhancements
Identify, design and support implementation of API Platform cross-cutting concerns
Run API Jams and workshops to raise technical awareness of modern API practices
Coach and mentor the engineering team, utilising your technical areas of expertise
Develop a people-are-most-important team culture focused on collaboration and open communication


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR FROM YOU IS

Ability to drive and collaborate on technical strategies and development across our product, dev and ops teams
Experience designing and building solutions capable of serving high volume traffic in a secure and efficient manner
In-Depth knowledge of API management software and API’s as a product.
Effective written, verbal and presentation skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Excellent ability to to quickly build relationships with customer technical teams
Passion for supporting and growing those around you and facilitating knowledge sharing
Strong background leading an engineering team to delivery success
Certification in AWS Solutions Architect and DevOps would be highly regarded
Apigee experience would be highly regarded
Consulting experience would be highly regarded
Government experience would be highly regarded
